Overview

Bancroft Consulting’s work supported the planning application for this redevelopment scheme comprising 63,000sqm mixed B1(c), B2 and B8 uses. We worked extensively with both the local highway authority and Highways England to secure agreement in principle on all highways and transportation issues for the key strategic location. This included detailed trip generation studies, parking provision and the identification of a suitable signal controlled junction on the Strategic Road Network.
