We had submitted a permitted development application for a change of use of some buildings to residential dwellings and office space.

Highways raised an objection 5 days before a decision was due. Permitted development applications can’t have time extensions so we had a short time to persuade Highways their position was unreasonable.

Chris and his team worked well with us and the local authority to make sure we got what we wanted and the local council were happy with the design.
