OUR APPROACH

Working with the Highway Authority, we were able to address concerns regarding weekday and weekend trip generation for the proposed use. This in turn allowed us to confirm how the limited parking provision could suitably serve the proposals.In addition, we were also required to review conditions for visibility at the constrained access location, ultimately agreeing on a solution that fully utilised our knowledge of current published design guidance and the principles of setting splays.
