OUR APPROACH

After initially helping to secure planning permission many years ago for the conversion to retail use, we were recently instructed to assist with a planning application for an extension of activity at the site to include a large new state-of-the-art veterinary facility.We helped to secure planning permission by overcoming initial officer concerns in respect of parking and the suitability of the access layout. To do this we undertook a detailed assessment of visibility conditions, junction capacity and parking demand across both the existing and proposed uses.
