OUR APPROACH

This project involved the redevelopment of an existing care home site to provide a new care home with offices and a new state-of-the-art centre for those affected by sight loss.The Highway Authority presented some initial concerns relating to traffic generation and capacity due to the proximity of the strategic road network. We worked through these concerns in a systematic manner to achieve a solution that satisfied both the Client and Highway Authority.
